1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Process

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) b444 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, device, IP address, household address, payment method, or phone number — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, b444 may merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings derived from play across those accounts without prior notice.

2.5 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. b444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any bet, transaction, or activity conducted from your account is deemed authorised by you unless you have notified b444 of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

b444 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

3.2 Account Currency

All b444 accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wager values, and account balances are displayed in BDT. b444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts for Bangladesh players.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your b444 account at any time by contacting the b444 support team via the contact details provided in Section 16. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3.4 Account Closure by b444

b444 reserves the right to close or indefinitely suspend any account, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, underage gambling, or prolonged inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited at b444's discretion following investigation.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. b444 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The fee will not cause a negative account balance; if the Real Money Balance reaches zero, no further fee will be charged.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

b444 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. 4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment method does not match the b444 account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed at the player's cost. b444 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder through the KYC process. b444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, although actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing times — typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

b444 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification. In cases where a Player has never previously completed KYC, the first withdrawal request will trigger a mandatory verification process. Documents requested must be submitted within 30 days; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

b444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. b444 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Deposits that b444 reasonably suspects are connected to criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. 5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market, including settlement rules, void conditions, and rules governing postponed, abandoned, or replayed events.

5.3 Error and Manifest Mistake

In the event that b444 makes a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect scores, technical glitches displaying incorrect game outcomes, or any obvious pricing mistake — b444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. b444 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of relying on a manifest error that a reasonable person would have recognised as such.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required:

8 Responsible Gaming
